Reserving a Hotel Room
The Limelight Hotel Ketchum is pleased to offer NAMBE participants that book by September 6, 2019, the following group room rates (plus taxes and a daily resort fee). These special group rates can be extended three days pre/post meeting, per availability.
Due to limited space we recommend booking as early as possible to receive this special rate—please note that once the reserved/contracted room block is full, the room availability and/or rate are not guaranteed and may vary.

Note: A limited number of rollaway beds are available by request from the hotel. This request should be made when placing the reservation.
Room reservations can be made by calling (855) 441-2250 or e-mail. To receive these special rates it is imperative to indicate the group affiliation as NAMBE Conference 2019 when making reservations. A credit card deposit of 50% of the anticipated room revenue is required. Rooms cancelled by the individual after September 6, 2019 will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
A daily resort fee (currently 6% of the nightly room rate and taxable at 11%) will be added to all room accounts. The services and amenities included in the resort fee are: transfers to and from Freidman Memorial airport; in-town transportation; use of the Fitness Center; wireless internet service; domestic long distance and local phone calls; and continental breakfast.
